The MJ+LR residence is a comprehensive interior design project that showcases Maria’s architecture-informed approach to residential spaces. Every room in this home tells a story through material and detail.

The living room features elegant boiserie wall panels with art-flanking sconces, a cream sectional with sage green accents, and herringbone wood floors that add warmth and movement. The built-in cabinetry features arched niches with fluted glass panels, brass hardware, and carefully styled vignettes — a hallmark of Maria’s attention to detail.

Throughout the residence, a consistent palette of warm whites, sage greens, natural wood, and brass creates visual cohesion while allowing each space its own character.
